Jakarta – Prabowo Subianto expressed his gratitude for being elected as the President of Indonesia for the 2024-2029 period. He conveyed this during a gathering and iftar with the National Campaign Team (TKN) and volunteers of Prabowo-Gibran at The Ritz Carlton, Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Monday (25/3).
Prabowo arrived at the location at 5:15 PM wearing a white koko shirt and a black peci. His presence was warmly welcomed by the volunteers and attendees.
“Thank you for this opportunity, I also want to express my deepest gratitude to the TKN, TKD, and Volunteers who have fought very hard to achieve this victory,” he said.
“The journey we have taken is with noble and lofty ideals, with determination that prioritizes the glory and honor of the Indonesian nation,” Prabowo continued.
Prabowo also reaffirmed his commitment to continue the leadership of President Jokowi and the previous presidents for a more advanced, just, and prosperous Indonesia.
“We are united in this great journey. Our goal is clear, we build on the foundation laid by our predecessors, but we are determined to fix their shortcomings. We, as the Coalition for the Advancement of Indonesia (KIM), are not hesitant and not ashamed, we are the successors of President Joko Widodo, a good nation, a noble nation that always respects its leaders,” Prabowo said.
