Strategi Rekrutmen BGN untuk Dapur Program Nutrisi MBG

National Nutrition Agency (BGN) is implementing a proactive approach to boost local employment by enlisting workers for the Nutritional Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) from individuals living in extreme and general poverty. Redy Hendra Gunawan, Special Staff to BGN, disclosed that a minimum of 30% of the personnel in each SPPG will be chosen from disadvantaged households in line with the President’s directive to ensure that the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) Program aids in job creation. Presently, there are 2,378 SPPG units established in collaboration with 6,076 local economic institutions, with the participation of 93,572 community members as volunteers. The MBG Program has already reached over 7.4 million individuals across the country, including students from various educational levels, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, toddlers, and more. The agency is planning to introduce an additional 2,401 SPPG units in the next 10 days to extend the program’s coverage, with a goal to serve around 15 million beneficiaries. This move demonstrates a significant effort to boost job opportunities and cater to the nutritional needs of marginalized communities.
